High school teachers’ union suspends negotiations with school boards

The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation accused the province of not approving a number of locally bargained tentative agreements Wednesday.
The high school teachers’ union suspended negotiations with school boards until further notice.
Leaders from the union will meet Monday to decide their next course of action.
On Tuesday, high school teachers with the OSSTF in Niagara and York Region rejected tentative agreements reached with their school boards.
