An HIV-positive man who had unprotected sex with two women has been sentenced to six years in prison.

Ian Thomas Williams, 50, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual assault Friday.

This is the second time he has pleaded guilty and been jailed for the crime of not using a condom or telling his sex partners of his health status.

Williams was sentenced to three years in prison in 2006.

None of his partners have tested positive for HIV.
