TORONTO, Ont. – Police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a suspect following a stabbing in the Eglinton and Dufferin area, early Thursday morning.
Police say around 3 a.m., a 48-year-old man was hit in the head with a large knife.
The suspect fled the scene, while the victim was taken to hospital. His condition is not known.
Investigators said there was traffic in the area at the time, and it’s possible there were witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to call them or Crime Stoppers.
