TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police have arrested a man in connection with the sexual assault of a teenage girl on the Bloor subway line.

A man wearing construction-worker clothing is alleged to have sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl twice in two weeks on the subway.

CityNews reported Victor Huaman, 50, was arrested Wednesday morning at the Jane subway station. He’ll be making a court appearance on Thursday.

Police said the alleged sexual assaults both happened around 7 a.m., eastbound from Jane station.

The first incident took place on Oct. 30, while the second occurred on Nov. 6. In a third incident, the suspect allegedly approached and followed the teen while she was on the platform at Jane station, but she managed to run to safety.
