The most likely places to get a parking ticket in the city are hospitals, universities and colleges, according to a new report.
The Toronto Star analyzed data from almost 13-million tickets handed out between January 1, 2008 and July 31, 2012.
The most-ticketed location over that time period was Sunnybrook Hospital on Bayview Avenue, averaging about 29 tickets per day.
Five post-secondary institutions also topped the list, with Seneca College on Finch Avenue coming in second and the U of T Scarborough Campus coming in at eighth.
The peak hour for getting tickets was between noon and 1 p.m., while the quietest hour was 5 a.m. to 6 a.m.
