Cavalcade of Lights to set Toronto aglow Saturday night

TORONTO, Ont. – It’s the most wonderful time of the year as City Hall lights up downtown this Saturday for the holiday season.
The tree is decorated, lights strung and a stage set for the kick off of the holiday season at City Hall.
The event gets underway at 7 p.m. Musical performances by Dragonette, Suzie McNeil, Sean Jones and Alyssa Reid, the lighting of the tree, and fireworks at around 8 p.m., are part of the celebration.

Road closures
The following road closures will be in effect between 7-9 p.m.:
- Bay St., between Queen St. and Dundas St.
- Hagerman St., between Elizabeth St. and Bay St.
- Elizabeth St, between Dundas St. and Hagerman St.
- Albert St., between Bay St. and James St.
- James St., between Queen St. and Albert St.
