TORONTO, Ont – Toronto police have issued a warning to the public after two girls were approached by a man Tuesday morning while walking to school.
The man grabbed one of the girls and covered her mouth with his hand when she screamed. The man fled the scene in Farquharson Park on Pitfield Road in the Brimley Road and Sheppard Avenue area.
The suspect is described as white, 5’8-5’10 and between 30 and 40-years-old. He was last seen wearing a green or grey baseball cap, a puffy jacket and blue jeans. He may have short or shaved hair and has a goatee.
