TORONTO, Ont. – Police have made an arrest in an assault investigation from October 22.

The incident happened early in the morning in the area of Harbord Street and Spadina Avenue.

Police say a man riding an E-Bike swerved into the bicycle lane, impeding the progress of a man riding a regular bicycle.

When the two stopped at a red light, it’s alleged the suspect punched the victim in the face several times.

Arrested and charged was 28-year-old Lindsay Legault, of Toronto.

He was scheduled to appear in court Sunday morning.
