Police in Halton Region are asking the public for their assistance locating a missing girl from a Burlington group home.

Hannah Baillie, 16, left the Foundations Group Home in Burlington without the knowledge of staff members at approximately 9 a.m. Friday.

Family and staff members are unsure where she was headed and have been unable to contact her since.

Baillie is described as a white female, 5′ 2″ tall with blue eyes and a thin build. She has long brown hair which is shaved on the right side. She has two lip piercings, a tongue piercing and several ear piercings. She also has a tattoo on the outside of her right forearm that reads ‘Be The Change’.

Police are not sure what clothing she was wearing when she left the home.

Police officials say they are now concerned for her safety and are asking anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
