Police in Barrie have charged a man with impaired driving after he allegedly blew three times the legal limit.

At around 9 p.m. Friday police got a call about a crash at Bayfield and Sophia streets.

The officer at the scene arrested a 39-year-old man and then took him to the station. He was given a breath test where police determined he was impaired.
