Two Durham Regional Police officers narrowly escaped being seriously hurt after their cruiser was struck on Highway 12, Sunday night.
Shortly after 9 p.m., two officers were in the marked car travelling southbound on Highway 12, when a northbound Chevy van drifted over the centre line, its mirror hitting the driver’s side of the cruiser.
