TORONTO, Ont. – The eastbound collector lanes of Highway 401 have reopened at Morningside Avenue following a tractor-trailer crash and fuel spill earlier Thursday morning.
CityNews Channel reported around 500 litres of fuel spilled when the driver hit the guardrail at around 4 a.m.
The driver received minor injuries.
