The Libyan government has formally claimed ownership of a $1.6-million penthouse condo which formerly belonged to the son of late dictator Moammar Gadhafi.
Saadi Gadhafi bought the 40th storey unit at 10 Navy Wharf on the waterfront in 2008.
The United Nations security council has frozen all assets of the Gadhafi family worldwide.
