TORONTO, Ont. – Korean rapping sensation Psy best known for his wildly popular track ‘Gangnam Style’ and its infectious moves galloped into Toronto for his Canadian debut at downtown’s Kool Haus.

Concert-goers nabbed tickets to the rapper’s appearance via a marketing blitz for the Samsung Galaxy Note II.

Roughly 2,000 fans crammed Kool Haus singing along to the quirky hit.

The rapping sensation performed two other songs including one from his newest record.

Decked out in a blue blazer, black pants and his ubiquitous bow tie and black shades, Psy busted out the “horseriding” dance, backed by four dancers. The fans sang along with him even those who do not speak Korean.

But the fans know the cheeky moves that sparked an Internet firestorm and the video that is quickly rising to become the most-watched video of all time, according to ChannelMeter.

The tracking website predicts that the viral track will succeed Justin Bieber’s “Baby” on Nov. 21.

Using its own YouTube data, the website said the track will hit one billion views on or before Dec. 21.

On Monday, Psy tweeted about a plane cancellation due to Superstorm Sandy, but the rapper touched down in Toronto early Tuesday.

Since its thrust into virality, the track has received 600 million YouTube hits and is continually rising.
