We’re in for rain, and lots of it. Between an already rainy weekend and heavy rain expected from Sandy, we can expect to be pounded here in the GTA.

Toronto and Region Conservation has responded by issuing a warning saying we can expect higher flows and water levels in all our rivers and streams.

Dangerous conditions could be created if the amount of rain predicted does materialize.

They’re advising people to exercise caution in areas near streams and rivers, while drivers should be careful in low-lying areas and roadways, particularly at underpasses.
