SMITHS FALLS, Ont. – Police in Smiths Falls, Ont. are looking for a couple they say tried to abduct a five-year-old girl from her school on Wednesday.
Police say the little girl was at school when a woman waiting in a car called her over.
Investigators say the woman told the girl to get into the vehicle so that she and the man driving could take her to her mother.
The little girl refused and told her caretaker who was waiting nearby.
The couple then drove off.
The only description of the vehicle is a white-coloured car, with a dent at the rear.
