OAKVILLE, Ont. – Halton police said there’s been an arrest in connection with a bank robbery in Oakville, Ont.
The incident happened just after 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Royal Bank branch located at Fourth Line and Speers Road.
There was an extensive search for a suspect after word he could be armed with a long-barrelled rifle.
Police told 680News more details will be released when charges are laid.
