TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police are thanking the public in their search for a patient who took off from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), located on Queen Street West, Wednesday afternoon.
Omar Ahmed Hassan, 24, was found on Thursday.
Hassan was on a break outside the institute with staff members when police said he fled northbound on Ossington, Wednesday.
Police said Hassan has previously resided in the Regent Park area and has strong ties to that community.
