VAUGHAN, Ont. – The official construction kickoff for Canada’s first Legoland Discovery Centre is scheduled for Friday, at Vaughan Mills shopping mall.
A front-end loader will dump 50,000 Lego building bricks at the site where the attraction is expected to open next spring.
The indoor centre will be 3,100 square metres and feature more than 3-million Lego bricks once it is finished.
The featured exhibits will include landmark Toronto buildings, which of course, will be made out of Lego bricks.
