Toronto police are hoping to make your drive into work and home problem-free Monday with “Operation Clear Sailing.”
They’ll be out Monday morning between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. in 55 Division in the Toronto’s east end to make sure cars don’t stop or park in lanes today when they’re not supposed to.
A zero-tolerance tag and tow policy is in effect.
Police will also be running the operation between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Monday.
The area covered by 55 Division goes from the Don Valley Parkway in the west to Victoria Park in the east, south to the lake from Danforth Avenue.
