TORONTO, Ont. – One person has died after a car hit a hydro pole in the city’s west end.
The fatal crash happened on Rogers Road, near Old Weston Road, around 4 a.m. Sunday.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene where the driver was pronounced dead.
Toronto Hydro was forced to cut power to the area because of possible damage to the wires.
