TORONTO, Ont. – Police are searching for a suspect, described only as a white male, after a shooting outside an East York Bar early Saturday morning.
Officers responded after a man was shot three times at Red House Bar & Grill around 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
The victim was rushed to Sunnybrook Hospital and is expected to recover.
The Emergency Task Force was called in to help with a pair of arrests at the bar, which is located near O’Connor Drive and St. Clair Avenue.
One of the men who was arrested was let go without charges while the other has been charged with obstructing a police officer.
Police have interviewed several witnesses and continue to investigate.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
