TORONTO, Ont. – A Mississauga woman sought in a Canada-wide warrant for armed robbery and attempting to obstruct justice, surrendered to police on Thursday.

Police said LaPrincia Palmer, 19, turned herself in at about 1:30 a.m.

She was allegedly with two men when a 23-year-old man was robbed and shot in a Scarborough recording studio on Jan. 21, police said.

Palmer is charged with armed robbery and attempting to obstruct justice and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.

Anthony Spencer died in January by a single bullet in a basement recording studio near Brimley Road and Lawrence Avenue.

Two Toronto men already in custody on unrelated charges were charged in his death earlier this month.

Samuel Paul, 23, was charged with first-degree murder and robbery with a firearm, among other offences.

Chever Ashley, 22, was accused of being an accessory after the fact to murder and robbery with a firearm, among other offences.
