Toronto Council has approved plans to lengthen the bus lanes on the Don Valley Parkway.
The lanes are for exclusive use by GO transit and the TTC.
Vice President of Operation for GO transit, Paul Finnerty explained where the changes will take place.
“The section that has been approved is about 4.1 kilometres in length and it stretches between St. Denis Drive and Pottery Road,” he said.
The lanes are a response to heavy traffic delaying GO and TTC buses.
