TORONTO, Ont. – The eastbound lanes of Hwy. 403 have reopened at Dundas Street following a collision between a truck and tractor-trailer early Thursday.
The lanes reopened shortly before 6 a.m.
The collision occurred at 3:30 a.m.
The tractor-trailer spilled its contents, believed to be cocoa, on the roadway.
Police initially said the roadway would be shut down until at least 8 a.m.
There were no injuries.
