Officials in Peel are investigating after a Brampton bouncer was shot in the foot outside a nightclub Monday morning.
The shooting happened outside a nightclub on Gateway Boulevard, near Queen Street and Torbram Road, just before 3 a.m.
Police believe a man who was either thrown out of the club or not allowed in returned with a gun and shot the bouncer.
“(He is) male, black, with a dark complexion. He’s approximately 25-years-old, 5’8″ and 125 pounds. He’s possibly associated to a white Acura or silver or grey Nissan Altima,” said Constable Thomas Ruttan.
No arrests have been made and anyone with information is being asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
