More questions are being raised about how a Canadian tour bus chartered from Toronto flipped over on a New Jersey highway.
Nearly 60 people from the GTA were on the bus when it over-turned Saturday morning.
The Toronto Star has reported the company that owns the bus, AVM Max 2000 Charter Services, has received five violations for fatigued driving in less than two years.
The bus driver says he was cut off by another car.
Approximately 23 people were injured in the crash but the majority have been released from a New Jersey hospital since.
