TORONTO, Ont. – A video parodying the chart-topping Korean single “Gangnam Style” was posted to YouTube by York university student David Kim on Sept. 25.
Then, McMaster University posted a version on Tuesday.
And Ryerson University is throwing their hat in the ring with a video in the works.
The York video has Kim dancing in different areas of the campus, while the McMaster men’s basketball team, president Dr. Partrick Deane and even a dog make an appearance in their video.
York has 270,000 views, McMaster has 200,000, which leaves some pretty big shoes for Ryerson to fill if they hope to claim “Gangnam superiority.”
