TORONTO, Ont. – A Toronto police officer is facing two charges of sexual assault after a Special Investigations Unit probe of two complaints against the officer.
The SIU was contacted by Toronto police about complaints of a sexual nature involving a 37-year-old woman.
The first incident allegedly took place on May 25 and the second on Aug. 10.
Const. Rodney Barr is facing two charges of sexual assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 13.
