TORONTO, Ont. – A motorcyclist is dead following a two-vehicle collision on Hwy. 401 at Bayview Avenue.

Toronto EMS confirmed to CityNews that the 35-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The collision involving a minivan occurred in the westbound express lanes.

A mother and her three children in the minivan were unharmed.

But one child was taken to hospital as a precaution.

The collector to express transfer west of Leslie Street was shut down for the investigation.
