TORONTO, Ont. – A 25-year-old woman sustained serious head injuries following a multi-vehicle collision in the city’s east-end.
The woman was transported to Sunnybrook Hospital after the pile-up at Kennedy Road and Eglinton Avenue East at about 4:30 p.m. on Monday, CityNews reported.
There was no word on other drivers involved in the collision.
The 43 Kennedy and the 34 Eglinton East buses diverted due to the collision.
The intersection reopened shortly after 11 p.m.
