TORONTO, Ont. – Environment Canada has cancelled a special weather statement for Toronto and the GTA ending the possibility of heavy rain, Tuesday.
In eastern Ontario, around 30-40 millimetres of rain could fall by midnight.
Drivers are being advised to exercise extra caution in heavy rain conditions due to low visibility.
