TORONTO, Ont. – A Toronto resident submitted a complaint to the city’s integrity commissioner over Mayor Rob Ford’s alleged use of city resources for his football activities.
Jude MacDonald, submitted a seven-page affidavit plus supporting documentation on Thursday to the city’s clerk, according to a story published in the Globe and Mail on Thursday.
The freelance writer and contributor to Rabble.ca alleged Ford violated Article VI of Council’s Code of Conduct, which prohibits members of council from using city staff and other resources for activities unrelated to the city.
