TORONTO, Ont. – Two men from the GTA have been charged with drug trafficking and possession after police discovered and seized eight kilograms of cocaine at a hotel in the Front and University area.
The men – a 31-year-old from Brampton and a 29-year-old from Mississauga – were found in the same area by Hamilton’s Vice and Drugs Unit on Wednesday.
The cocaine and some other drugs, found during a search warrant, have an estimated street value of nearly $1-million.
A woman is also facing weapons charges as part of the investigation.
