MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – An Ontario Provincial Police officer is being charged with uttering a threat, following a verbal exchange at a police station in Toronto.
The province’s Special Investigations Unit said the incident occurred March 8 when a 45-year-old man went to the Keele Street OPP station for fingerprinting.
A verbal exchange took place between the man and an officer in the fingerprinting area.
Const. Ludgero Cafe faces one charge of uttering a threat to cause bodily harm.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Toronto on Oct. 16.
