TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto International Film Festival party-goers got an early start to the partying Wednesday night, with a pre-TIFF bash held in an alley near Adelaide and John Streets.
Those who wanted to be seen before the official start of the world-renowned film festival scrunched into the alley, which was lit in blue lights and decorations.
The mood was festive, with special vodka cocktails prepared in honour of the stars. Among the special drinks, the Skyy-Good-as-Gosling and the Skyy-Peach-Paltrow.
There was also entertainment planned for the night, with a high-flying Cirque-du-Soleil act set to perform.
TIFF will officially get underway beginning Thursday night.
