TORONTO, Ont. – Danforth Collegiate and Technical Institute will be fully reopened Thursday, following a fire in April.
The fire shut down a portion of the building, located on Greenwood Avenue, and students had to be bused to alternate sites for the remaining two months of the school year.
Repairs were completed over the summer and classes resumed earlier this week.
The Toronto District School Board’s director of education Dr. Chris Spence will officially reopen the doors of the new, refurbished high school.
