Two 17-year-old boys have been arrested in connection with a series of bus shelter smashings in Pickering and Ajax, Durham Regional Police said Thursday.
It happened between Aug. 31 and Sept. 4.
In total, the glass in 34 bus shelters was damaged including 15 in Durham Region.
The two teens face 47 mischief-related charges.
Earlier this week, Toronto police said the panels of several TTC shelters along Sheppard Avenue East between McCowan Road and Morningside Avenue.
Durham police said they’re working with Toronto police see if there’s a connection between the incidents.
