The search for a missing swimmer in Lake Huron was set to resume Monday, after a man went missing in the lake Sunday afternoon.

The incident began when two men apparently jumped from their boat to go for a swim around 4 p.m.

Because of rough waters, neither of the men were able to make it back to their boat.

One of the men was rescued and taken to hospital for treatment, while the other man is still missing.

Ontario Provincial Police and members of the Coast Guard are investigating.
