It’s the final day of campaigning in Quebec, as voters prepare to cast their ballots on Tuesday.

Premier Jean Charest is warning that economic turmoil could follow if the Parti Quebecois wins, even suggesting that a PQ government could jeopardize the chances of Quebec City attracting an NHL team.

Meanwhile, Francois Legault of the Coalition for Quebec’s future also says there could be major economic uncertainty under a PQ government.

There has even been talk that the PQ may try for another independence referendum if elected.

PQ leader Pauline Marois spent most of the last weekend of the campaign urging voters to give her a majority mandate.
