Slowly but surely the Blue Jays are beginning to get some healthy players back, with pitcher Jason Frasor eligible to return Monday against the Baltimore Orioles.

The veteran reliever has been out since July 17, when he decided it was best to use time on the disabled list to recover from a strained right forearm.

Now, Frasor appears set to return to the Jays’ bullpen, which has been much improved since the addition of Brandon Lyon, Steve Delabar and Brad Lincoln.

The return of Frasor should be helpful to the Jays’ clubhouse, as Frasor is a veteran presence who began his career with the Jays in 2004.
