Law enforcement officials say three people, including the gunman, have been killed after a shooting inside a New Jersey supermarket.
ABC is reporting the incident began when police responded to reports of shots fired and had a confrontation with a gunman around 4:00 a.m.
It is currently unknown if the gunman was shot by police or may have committed suicide after the shooting.
There are some reports that the gunman was a disgruntled ex-employee who was wearing body armour, although that is not confirmed.
Employees at the supermarket were reportedly inside stocking shelves at the time of the shooting.
The supermarket, believed to be a ‘Pathmark,’ is located in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
