TORONTO, Ont. – Police are investigating after a woman was reportedly sexual assault at her home in Parkdale.
CityNews reports the woman told police the man tried to get into her bed as she slept and then choked her while attempting to kiss her.
The woman reportedly kicked the man and he fled the scene.
Officers set up a large perimeter near King Street West and Dunn Avenue, east of Jameson Avenue, around 5:30 a.m. Thursday.
Search dogs were brought in as police hunted for a suspect following what reports indicate was a sexual assault on Spencer Avenue.
The man is described as white, 5’9, medium build, with shaved salt and pepper hair. He was last seen wearing jeans and a grey shirt.
Police have not made an arrest as of yet.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
