TORONTO, Ont. – A man is in hospital after crashing his car into a tree near Sheppard Avenue and Highway 400 Sunday morning.
The force of the collision uprooted the tree and caused the vehicle to end up on its roof, according to police.
Police believe alcohol may have played a factor in the crash, which happened on Laura Road.
The driver was conscious and breathing when emergency officials arrive.
Their condition is currently unknown.
