Durham Regional Police have charged 25 men with trespassing in a conservation area in Whitby.
Investigators said the arrests were made in response to complaints of men exposing themselves or participating in sexual acts in the Lynde Shores Conservation Area.
According to police, the area has been identified as a popular one for liaisons through various Internet communication channels.
