TORONTO, Ont. – Two people were taken to hospital for smoke inhalation after an apartment fire in Bloor West Village Friday morning.
The blaze erupted just after 2 a.m. Friday morning above a deli store on Bloor Street, near Runnymede Road. Firefighters were able to control the blaze quickly.
It’s believed the two injured parties were not seriously hurt and should be fine.
There has been no word on the cause of the fire or how much damage it may have caused.
