A man who was pulled out of the water without vital signs at Sibbald Point Park near Georgina has died.

Police told CityNews they believe the man, who was in his late 40′s, fell out of some kind of boat and a passerby pulled him out of the water.

The man was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
