More than one in 10 new car shoppers are now buying their vehicles without taking a test drive.
Researchers are calling these prospective buyers “Digital Test-Drivers” because they do their research online and buy their car of choice without getting behind the wheel.
Marketing experts have said one of the reasons for impulsive vehicles purchases are due to people not wanting to deal with car salesmen.
