TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto has a new chief planner.
Jennifer Keesmaat is moving to City Hall from the design firm Dialog.
She has been called one of Canada’s foremost strategic planners and has done projects in the United States, Ireland and Greece.
Keesmaat will be leading a number of significant projects including the five-year review of the official plan.
She starts the top planning job on September 10.
