TORONTO, Ont. – All lanes of the eastbound Highway 401 have reopened at Bathurst Street following a earlier tractor-trailer fire Tuesday night.
The express lanes were shut down for several hours, and were reopened early Wednesday morning. However, one collector lane remained closed and reopened at around 6:30 a.m.
The truck, which was carrying batteries and paint, burst into flames at around 10:40 p.m. Tuesday.
The truck driver wasn’t injured in the fire.
